Nofret is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, the same terms that cover most apps on the App Store.

The rest of this page explains the parts specific to Nofret: what Pro is, how it is paid for, and how refunds and restoring work.
Nofret is a guitar fretboard trainer for iPhone, made by Pierce Boyne, an independent developer. Downloading and using the free portion of the app costs nothing and requires no account.
Pro is a single purchase, made once. It unlocks the full nine-stage curriculum, the additional practice modes, and the alternate tunings. The price is shown in the app before you buy, and in the App Store listing, in your local currency.
There is no subscription. You pay once and keep Pro permanently. Nothing renews, nothing expires, and there is nothing to cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
If you would rather try Nofret before paying for it, you do not need a trial period: the first two stages are free permanently, with both scored practice modes, free practice, the Study page and your full history.
Refunds are issued by Apple, not by me. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. I have no access to your payment method and cannot issue a refund directly — but if something in the app is broken, tell me and I will fix it.
If you reinstall the app or move to a new iPhone, use Settings › Nofret Pro › Restore purchases inside Nofret. Your purchase follows your Apple Account, not the device.
Nofret is a practice tool. It is provided as-is, without warranty that it will suit any particular purpose or that it will be free of bugs. It is not music tuition, and nothing in it constitutes professional advice. Play within your comfort — if practicing causes pain in your hands or wrists, stop and see a doctor.
